Oakwood Care Centre is a small, only 18 beds, family run home.
We have been providing quality care services to older people for many years and have a well accomplished history of managing care services in the public and private social care and health sector.
Oakwood Care Centre is ‘your’ home, which is why it’s important you are at the centre of the work we do. Our dedicated, professional and compassionate care team are fully qualified to ensure you receive the best possible care in a place you can make your home.
All of our staff are carefully chosen and highly trained with the same fundamental aim; to deliver a high quality service that helps you to maintain your independence, privacy, and dignity and give you real choice and control over your life.
Our qualified catering team provide nutritional, home cooked food using locally sourced, fresh ingredients and are able to cater for a wide range of dietary needs.
We offer alternative menus providing a wider choice of cuisine for residents. Oakwood Care Centre provides a unique feeling of homeliness that is often missed in larger, purpose built establishments.
